Successful completion of the installation and commissioning of an 8,000 kg/h steam production boiler, with a maximum operating pressure of up to 16 barg, by Cannon Bono.

The project included the mechanical installation, integration with the existing networks, combustion and automation tuning, as well as full parameterization of the control system, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and complete operational safety.

The steam boiler is equipped with all modern operation and safety automations, a Burner Management System (BMS), an advanced control PLC with touch screen (HMI), as well as remote monitoring and operation programs. Through digital monitoring applications, continuous supervision of critical parameters is achieved, along with immediate diagnosis of potential deviations and real-time performance optimization.

Of particular importance for the facility’s energy upgrade was the company’s transition from heavy oil (mazut) combustion to propane (LPG). This change results in a significant reduction of pollutant emissions, cleaner combustion, reduced maintenance requirements, and an overall improved energy footprint, substantially contributing to the sustainable operation of the plant.

Following the completion of the installation, extensive training of the company’s technical staff was carried out by a specialized Cannon Bono technician. The training covered operation, monitoring, safety procedures, basic maintenance, and optimal equipment adjustment, ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the steam boiler.
